This is an excellent series and I can't say enough good things!
My toddler LOVES Ladybug Girl, and these learn-to-read books are a nice length and rhythm for bedtime. Because they're designed as learning readers, they have simple language and a natural reading rhythm and after reading them only a few times my daughter (2.5) can "read" them to me by retelling the simple story - fun for her and me.

Nice books but too easy for our first grade reader ( who is reading at a 2.9 level). But she liked the books because they went well together with a ladybug quilt and reading pillow
