They're simple to set up, about 10 to 15 minutes each IF you know what you're doing. The setup is exactly the same for both so the second you set up will be faster. Have used them all week, they look great, no tears so far. I love that you just don't sink into them but are still very comfy. The seats don't have velcro, but no worries, they don't slide out. All in all incredibly happy to have bought these, and for an additional 25 bucks or so, you can insure them for 3 years with Warratech during check out. Seriously, there's very little risk here.
