I chose the Propress PRO290 model with 2.0 litre water capacity, which reliable gives 60 minutes steaming time, more than enough for home use. Clearly built for commercial use, with robust construction throughout, heat up time is fast, steam generation consistent and powerful - if you are fed up with steam irons and ironing boards marking clothes, then I’d thoroughly recommend getting the PRO290. Easy to store under a standard counter top with 2 sections of the pole removed (they have robust screw couplings), it’s really quite compact.

Yes it only has one steam power but that’s all you need. Works perfectly on all materials, silk, suede, wool, cashmere. I use it to keep the moths at bay and de-crease garments. So simple to use and customer support is great if you’ve a query or need descaler etc.

Steamer has no control button. It just lets steam out and steams the whole room up
