Is it waterproof?** A: I believe it probably would, not sure you would need 500 degree temperatures though. you can buy a regular black silicone at the auto parts store. regular black silicone should work great on a wooden boat. **Q: linear crack small on car radiator** A: This would not work. Car radiators hold water under pressure as it heats up. Radiator caps generally are rated at 15 pound per square inch before they realese pressure. **Q: Does it smell?
