Truform Open Toe, Thigh High 30-40 mmHg Compression Stockings, Beige, X-Large

I know these need to be tight to get the compression (I had the 30/40 ones). I ordered a M based on the size chart. It was really hard to get on. And it literally cut me behind the knee because it was so tight. I had to tear it off in less than an hour because it cut off the circulation quite badly. I reordered an XL....2 sizes larger. It was better but still problematic and I could only wear it for short periods. I gave it 3 stars only because it did seem to be high quality. They just run super small.

After measuring I ordered a double XL, going a little larger than I needed. I could not get them over my foot.

I received the product in a package that was ripped from the bottom and already opened. The product was much smaller than the XL I ordered. Yes, I am aware that compression stockings are supposed to look small because they have to be tight and yes, I made sure to order the right measurements that I needed. I have pairs in my size so I know what they look like when they come new. The size I received was completely out of the question.

Worked as advertised. Had 2 different vein surgeries and needed support for 3 weeks after each. Worn them for about 6 weeks (more than one pair) and have had no complications from the surgery. Where the non-skid band was located was the same place a incision was made and I had to pad the incision because that area was very tender.

Beware, if you purchase these items they cannot be returned to this seller and they run very small. My wife ordered an X-Large and she can't even get them over her foot. She is a size 7 with really skinny legs.
