I followed the instructions just as they were written. Nothing. As a result I would like to have given no stars. But I gave consideration to the product that perhaps there are some people who have a metabolism that doesn't respond to the product.

I am not complaining, but I did not seem to loose any weight. Suggestions are appreciated. I took two capsules each morning with a cup of hot water before I had anything to eat about an hour or two later. I am not overweight. I just wanted to rid my tummy of the belly fat, which is still there.
