Fast shipping, the chair is comfortable and well-built we are very satisfied with this purchase. OK first things first assembling the chair can be challenging. Lift the back and seat upright into an L position now make sure to plug the black hose into the black hose on each side for the armrests, then hook the armrest in position with the side post and bracket over the bar, when tightening the armrest screw make sure to use your knee to push the armrest inward towards the seat to ensure it is tightened completely. The seat cushion hose is blue that connects to the center blue hose, the seat connector is white plug it into the other white connector. The back cushion has 2 blue hoses that plug into the blue hoses in the seat area one on the left and one on the right, there is a red connector plug on the left armrest side plug it into the red connector on the back cushion . The tricky part is to zip the back cushion to the at the bottom of the seat cushion the zipper is on the inside of the back note do not Velcro the seat until they are zipped together then set the seat using the installed Velcro. Then zip the pillow top onto the top of the back cushion, plug in the power cord and then the wall and you're good to go. This should take around 20 minutes to complete.

My husband does physical work and has numerous injuries. After trying out a massage chair, he decided he wanted one. We price shopped a lot and read numerous reviews at every price point. It seemed like people listed similar pros and cons with every chair we looked at, so we went with this one as it was the least expensive we could find. In the past, my husband used to do warranty work for furniture companies. His experience with how furniture is assembled definitely gave him a huge advantage putting this chair together, it took him like 10 minutes. If I would've had to assemble it myself, it would still be in pieces. Something to keep in mind if you, like most people, have never disassembled hundreds of recliners and then put them back together. Far as the performance of the chair, he loves it. Uses it every day, and has had no complaints. He did have to experiment a lot with the settings to get it the way he wanted it, since the instructions weren't very helpful. All in all, I'm giving it 5 stars because it was so affordable compared to most others we looked at, and it works really well. I would just stress to anyone thinking of buying this that you may find assembly really frustrating, and that you'll have to be patient figuring out how to get the best use out of this chair, as the instructions don't help much. This would be a great gift or self-gift for anyone with chronic pain.

It is painful to sit in with it having absolutely no cushining for your back causing especially the lower massage nodes to painfully jam into your lower tailbone. I am 6 feet tall and the leg extension you have to forcefully push your legs down and keep maintaining that downward pressure otherwise it springs your feet and legs back up into its regular resting spot. So for the entire length of sitting in the chair you are not able to fully relax! I own a lawn and landscaping company of which always beats up on my body. And so a device like this i thought could really help me in many ways. And what totally sucks is that no matter how you do it, the longest you can go with using any of the features is 30 minutes. And so every time that 30 minutes is up, it automatically shuts everything down and tilts back to its forward sitting position, saying goodbye to it be reclined anymore and don't even expect to be able to relax and fall asleep in it. I'm extremely frustrated and disappointed to say the least. Another important detail is -they portray that you can choose to use any of the back massaging sections with any of the massaging styles. You can't! If you want to have it "kneading," it only works for the upper back pair of nodes. If you want to use Shiatsu style, it only applies to the lower back/"Tailbone-Torturer." I really wouldn't recommend this to just about everyone. Amazon shouldn't even stand behind allowing this product to be sold anymore.

It is a great chair for someone like me who 5’3 it hits every thing I need. The legs I wish alittle more Pressure but still good. I’m a bigger woman and it is amazing. I will say great buy, wish it had alittle more cushion but I can say I’m glad I bought it, easy to put together, and very quick Shipping. A plus seller. Don’t hesitate to buy it is a value chair for what your spending the back Massage and neck is amazing, love the arm and hand also. The foot rollers feel so good. I would not hesitate to recommend.

This is what comfort looks like. Great massage at a reasonable price and I didn’t even have to go to my local mall 🙃I really love how compact this is. This chair give a great massage and has customizable massage setting. I am 5’11 and this fits just right, I can see how being taller or shorter might be a problem. I almost feel like this is Cinderella’s glass slippers and not everyone is going to fit right. The chair came in two boxes a day apart, which was a little inconvenient, but I felt like the price point makes the slight inconvenience worth it. This chair has the bells but not the whistle, for example it has zero gravity (wish it reclined slightly more), but no Bluetooth speaker, but since I didn’t need that in my massage chair, it seemed like a fair trade off. The instructions to assemble could be better, but the wires and tubes that need to be connected are color coordinated so it’s not too bad to figure it out. In all I like my chair a great deal. I can’t speak for its durability Since I have only had it for a week, but what a blissful week it has been. I look forward to enjoying this chair for years to come.
