Can it not clean 15mm slimline tubing of Resmed or Philips Respironics tubing?

I have the ResMed Airsense 11 and use the heated tubing that came with that. I don’t know offhand what the sizing of the tubing is but I tried both ends of the double-ended brush and could only get it to go halfway. It fits in the tubing but because it’s such a tight fit, when you try to push it through the metal “spring” on the cleaner bends/collapses and won’t push further.

is the brush dishwasher safe?

I have the philips remstar system one the hose is not heated. i can't seem to find the diameter of the hose anywhere! do i need 16 or 22mm brush?

A quick web search says 22mm for that model. I have a Phillips system one and it has the same diameter hose.

I have a 6ft hose, Would this kit reach through it all

My brush is about 6'6" long. My hose is two pieces which I separate to make for easier cleaning, one small piece about one foot long n the main section about 5'6" long. The way I use the brush is to insert it into the entire length of the hose and then pull it backwards (from the same end in started from) all the way out, rinse and repeat a couple more times. That way you're actually brushing the length twice instead of inserting it and pulling it thru from the other end (hope that makes sense). Anyway the brush will likely work for you, it does for me and I'm very happy with it.
