Haven't gotten to baking yet, but made tortillas from this yday. Kneaded the dough in exactly the same way you do for regular chapatis and used parchment paper to roll them on, and they came out perfectly. They were so tasty, I couldn't believe I am eating something so wholesome and healthy.

the gluten free flour is perfect for baking and value for money . I baked my cake in a micorwave with no special recipe , but the usual one and it turned out to be perfect. I have tried many gluten free flours but this actually tastes like wheat flour , no difference !!! GO FOR IT :)
