Great gadget. Perfect Julienne if you take your time and do it right, don't rush.
Bought for the Julienne. The vegetable has to be even, and pressure even. When I missed the end, I wound up with a dip in the middle and it jammed up. Practiced with hot house cukes to get the hang of it. PERFECT result, holding the back end of cuke, getting a good grip with tool on front end then moving L hand back onto the front while finishing the cut. I need presentation, as in perfect for a few dishes. I can't imagine I'll be this slow making a salad but am overjoyed to get a good result with proper technique and no jamming. So many others have gotten donated. I'm keeping this one.
