I love DGLK's portable neck fan. I am going through menopause and I need something that is always there during my hot flash events- it's practically all day. It doesn't have heat distribution but it has three levels of air distribution. It looks great and the noise level in minimum. The highest level of air has so much power and it is very comfortable. It works well and that's all I can ask for.

I am having treatment for prostrate cancer, one of the side effects is hot flashes (prefer to call it the sweats) every three hours or so. I use the neck fan during waking hours and find that it helps tremendously in quickly lowering my temperature and reducing sweating, obviously works during the night as well but I typically get out of bed and have a cold sponge. The device is light, well made, has three speeds and I charge it once each day. An excellent buy for me at a very reasonable price, highly recommended.

I would love to give this product 5 stars but there is a big drawback. The noise-level is perfect. The fan keeps me, a walking heater, cool. The product is lightweight and easily forgettable once it is on and around the neck, and the operation is so simple a cat could turn it off and on. My complaint is that if the product is on longer than an hour it will overheat and shut off without any warning. I thought the battery died but when I went to charge it back up the device kicked back on. So a device that will shut off despite being charged gets 4 stars from me.

I was so leery about purchasing this item tgat I actually waited till someone I knew and trusted was using one. They swore by it and the next day it was delivered. I had purchased this not for myself but for a friend for her birthday as she suffered from heat stroke. Her birthday is in November but I gave it to her so she could enjoy being outside and puttering in her garden. It's a big hit, thinking of ordering one for myself now. It is so lightweight you'd never worry about it being too heavy. The noise isn't bad at all and you can enjoy a book with this on as it won't distract you. The battery life is like 6 to 8 hours depending on the speed you want to run it. Running it oh high speed will use the battery faster than using low speed. Hair WILL NEVER get caught. There are no blades to this device that hair could catch on. I'm sure there are more positives but until it gets used more and all the nuances discovered this is it for now!

After reading all of the reviews and watching user videos, I made the purchase hoping it would really help me in the Florida heat and humidity. Pros: The unit was comfortable and charged upon receipt, started right up and the 3 levels of the fan gave good options and even the highest level wasn't obnoxiously loud. It was comfortable around the neck and wasn't heavy. I simultaneously purchased another model as I couldn't choose between the two. Both definitely had a "cooling effect" but only while trying it inside an airconditioned home. Cons: Compared with the other model by another seller, this one wasn't as comfortable, the fan was a bit louder and the price point for this one was about $10 cheaper. The plastic of this one was a bit stiffer than the other model which was softer and more pliable, so a little more comfortable. Out of the 2 I tried, the other model would have been my personal preference over this one). The REAL test and purpose for me though, was how it would perform outdoors. Stepping outside to test the fan proved, sadly, that it was not going to be a keeper for me. It did not have any cooling effect at all, despite what some reviewers led me to believe. It simply directed all that hot, humid Florida air towards my face and neck. I still gave it a mid-level, 3-star rating though because I think, depending on the application - there could be times this might really work for someone (ie if you intend on using while working out at the gym, or for women with hot flashes that would use it either in cooler outdoor weather, or in air conditioning for that extra boost of cool).

I live in Florida and I have hit menopause HARD 🥵 I can’t ever seem to feel cool enough and trying to walk outside (my favorite exercise) even down at the beach 😩 is MURDER! I had considered other styles of fans but they were big or loud or couldn’t be used hands free or I worried my long hair would end up completely tangled🤦‍♀️I had my doubts that this little fan would do anything other than make me look ridiculous but let me tell you.🫵 THIS THING WORKS!!! It’s quiet! It’s cool! It’s lightweight! It’s comfortable! And it’s completely HANDS FREE! I am buying 4 more as gifts for family 🎁🎁🎁🎁 Where was this when my kids were little and in sports?!?!? Trust me - this is a traveler/hot momma/outside/inside/theme park/beach day/anytime LIFESAVER!!!!

I can get hot to the point of feeling ill at times especially in places like waiting for the plane to take off. I use it for that specifically and recently for when we were in an airport that clearly have a/c issues. The battery life is not super, especially because I use the highest level often but it works and I love it! When we had a layover I just charged it like I would my phone. It worked out well.

I wanted a personal fan during the heat but this blows warm air around you. This actually made me warmer. It doesn't blow cooled air, im guessing the device heats up and blows off warm air. You think it would be good for cooler weather as a warmer? No, it blows cool air in the cold so this is an all around fail considering the amount of trouble it takes to hold the thing in place, did I mention you have to hold it at an angle to feel the fan.

I received the product today and my experience is very bad. First of all vendor send me a used product, secondly they send the different colour form my order, thirdly the on/off switch is not working properly and including all other bad experiences I will give it a one star ⭐ review if there is any option for zero star ⭐ I will give it a zero star ⭐. Guys don't buy this product. Shame on Amazon team.

Charges relatively quickly. Only comes with a USB C cable so you need to find your own charger. The air from the fan is really only useful at the highest setting - so the effective battery life is about 2 hours. This was my first portable neck fan due to the surging heat wave and it has been helpful as the temperature here only goes up like housing prices. It is also lightweight. After using for a few weeks, something came loose in it so I can hear rattling if I shake it. I have since went on to buy another neck fan with longer battery life, about 3x the battery life of this one so I can just use it without having to ration the battery before it runs flat.
