Cause explosive diarrhea
Took this about 2&half to 3 weeks. Had 4 bouts of diarrhea... anti diarrhea pills would help couple days but the probs not worth it.

Great formulation!
I love this formulation because it gives my patients sustained Berberine levels as opposed to the rapid release of typical Berberine products. Helped with sleep and weight loss
