This was the first time I had used a pastry cutter. I didn’t realize it would be so small. (I envisioned more the size of a pizza cutter.) It worked perfectly for the cookie recipe I needed it for. (See photo for crimped effect)

I thought it was bigger ! But it works !

Great for beginners to try their hand but fairly flimsy. Not the best quality and very light in the hand

I use this often for cutting sourdough crackers and noodles

Zester is of good quality , easy to use with very little effort and sharp. I enjoy the use of it

I have purchased ravioli moulds before in the past and while they do work, sometimes it doesn’t completely seal and I’ll need to use this tool in particular to seal the pasta. I am very happy that I purchased it as I find it works better than some of the other ravioli molds. I’ve gone so far as to skip the moulds altogether and just use this cutter. Amazing tool.
