Other than that, it could be a fault with the screen as I haven't had any issues with sound. **Q: can anyone recommend a lightweight bracket for this, emphasis on lightweight, the screen isn't heavy and its small** A: Hello customer, the stand that comes with the monitor is very light. **Q: can it it be connect to a portable dvd player to watch movies?** A: It should connect to a regular dvd player as long as it has the right port to match on each. I'm not sure about a portable one as there would already be a screen there. If that screen on the portable one doesn't work, it may not be able to connect the screen to this. I'd imagine it wouldn't work, no. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Superb! *by O***S on 29 July 2023* Just what I wanted. I have purchased 2 now and will buy 2 more. I have them attached to my Zoom q8n-4k cameras so I can easily see what the cameras are recording rather than look at the small screens on the cameras. The picture is a little dim like some said. I tried brightening one of them in the setting and accidentally changed the language. It’s now permanently stuck in Chinese. Not sure what options I’m on now. I also tried an shorter hdmi cable like people suggested but no luck. I also tried an hdmi booster but no luck there either. The brightness is ok for me but like reviewers said it’s a little dim or washed out looking but absolutely fine for me. I just thought it would be nice to try and brighten it up a bit. I put it on its brightest settings in the menu already. Very easy to mount and simple enough to use apart from being stuck in Chinese (my fault).Update:I have since purchased 2 more the same but these two are brighter than the first two. The manufacturer may have increased the brightness. I managed to change the one stuck in Chinese back to English by looking at the menu on one of the others. I ordered an 5th monitor. It arrived in good condition but when I turn it on, there is no welcome message and the screen flickers and washes out. There is something wrong so i returned it. I am however very happy with this product and I use these monitors regularly. I just placed an order for the 17” version of these as well. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good enough for servers *by N***9 on 21 November 2024* I'd throw this down plug it into a server to diagnose issues without going via ssh, or if ssh hadn't been set up yet, performed well, but the power cable was a bit shorter than I'd like ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great little monitor, excellent picture quality *by A***R on 13 November 2022* I wasn't sure what to make of this monitor as the reviews were quite mixed, but I'm glad I trusted the positive ones! It has great picture quality, an added bonus is that it has a 1/4" screw hole underneath which means it can connect to most standard tripods/gooseneck clamps etc, which saves more space. I have it clamped to my desk so it's at head height and adjustable. Setup is non-existent, just plug it in and connect your HDMI cable from your PC/laptop. I can't comment on how good it would be for gaming as I'm not a gamer, but for everyday use it's great. ## Frequently Bought Together - Pisichen Portable Monitor 10.1 inch CCTV Monitor Ultra HD 1366x768 IPS LCD/LED Screen Small Monitor with VGA HDMI input, Built-in speakers, Metal Case Black - Amazon Basics 4K HDMI Cable 1.8m - 18Gbps High Speed with Ethernet, 4K@60Hz, 2160p, Black --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.sn/products/296620039-pisichen-portable-monitor-10-1-inch-cctv-monitor-ultra-hd](https://www.desertcart.sn/products/296620039-pisichen-portable-monitor-10-1-inch-cctv-monitor-ultra-hd) --- *Product available on Desertcart Senegal* *Store origin: SN* *Last updated: 2026-10-14*
