Review: Poor Build Quality and Defective Product - I purchased this VGA cable to connect my laptop to an external monitor. Unfortunately, the product appears to be of very poor build quality and did not function properly from the beginning. What is even more disappointing is the after-sales support. Although the item was marked as eligible for replacement, the seller/manufacturer is asking me to go through a self-diagnosis process instead of providing a straightforward replacement for what seems to be a defective product. Customers should not be expected to troubleshoot a brand-new item that arrives faulty. Overall, the product quality and replacement experience have been unsatisfactory. I would not recommend this VGA cable based on my experience.

**Q: does this support 1366 x 768 resolution ?**
A: Yes it does.

**Q: Screenshots says full hd supported however description says upto 768p supported. Which one is correct?**
A: I am using with 1600 X 900 resolution and it is working fine. Crisp clear picture.

**Q: Does it support HD , cos i'm trying to extend this from my work laptop so i can have a bigger screen , but the resolution is very bad**
A: This is a vga cable, so not sure if it supports HD. But the cable displayed decent clarity.

**Q: Dose it support 1440 x 800?**
A: It  doesn't  support even low quality because they deliver defaced product
