Screenshots says full hd supported however description says upto 768p supported. Which one is correct?

I am using with 1600 X 900 resolution and it is working fine. Crisp clear picture.

Does it support HD , cos i'm trying to extend this from my work laptop so i can have a bigger screen , but the resolution is very bad
