I bought the 10,000btu unit in May '22 and ran it for June, July, and August in auto at 62° (seemed to never shut off at 61°) it ran really really well and chilled my small apartment including the downstairs to a very comfortable temperature. Unfortunately this summer after reinstall, the unit seems to have a defect that caused it to fail with a combined total of just under 4 months of run time. I reached out to customer service, and while they did inform me that the warranty had gone out and recommended a loval HVAC for repair, they ALSO went out of their way and sent a brand new 8000btu unit that i believe more than compensates for the short run time on the malfunctioning unit. I recommend Rovsun for your cooling needs - they're pretty chill!

I have had this unit for a few weeks now and so far it is a GREAT AC unit! The APP works great as well. I can operate all the controls remotely from anywhere. I live in a 650 square foot mobile home in the SUN! I am gone most of the day and I turn the unit on 15 minutes before I get home putting the settings on 76 degrees and ECO. When I get home it is at temp and unit hardly runs to keep it at temp. I could have probably went with the 10,000 btu unit but I got the 12,000btu unit. The noise level is not bad at all. You hear mostly the wind and not the fan. I'm sure this is going to be economical because the compressor hardly has to cycle. Look at the energy usage in the pic above. I will update as the summer heat arrives. I hope to get some years out of this AC.

The Texas heat is brutal this summer and this room air conditioner keeps my bedroom cool and comfortable. I work at night and sleep during the day so I needed something that would keep my room cool during the hot part of the day. This is it!

Use it to cool the kitchen, dining room and living room.

This is a great item. It has WFI feature. It is not heavy. Works great.

Put it in place of the old one. Turned it on and soon enough cold air.A bit loud on high blower but not bad at all.The remote is a good quality remote not the typical pos.Time will tell, so far so good.
