I’ve been using the NDakter Bike Chain Lock for a few weeks now, and I’m extremely satisfied with the quality and peace of mind it provides. The chain is thick, heavy-duty, and clearly built to deter theft — it feels much more robust than the cheap cable locks I’ve used in the past. The 5-digit combination is a big plus — more secure than the typical 4-digit ones, and easy to set/reset. so, i needed a longer chain to wrap around my car's bike rack, was only available in the 4mm size, which doesn't feel super resistant, but the combo lock is easy to use, and it works for its purpose, only wish i could have gotten the 6mm version

I purchased this to be used as a lock for my deck gate. I have a young child and needed it secure. This was the cheapest, easiest way to do it. There are tons of bike locks like this one, but the price and look of this one is why I chose it. I have to say, this has held up so incredibly well. It has been through all 4 seasons outdoors at this point, and it still functions as well as the day I purchased it. It is still easy to turn the numbers, and the cover has held up beautifully. It works exactly as I had hoped to keep the gate secured. I highly recommend this product.

This is the second bike lock our family has purchased. We had originally purchased one for our 12 year old to lock his bike up at school. We got our 12 and 11 year olds electric scooters for Christmas and purchased a second for this. They are able to lock up at least 3 bikes comfortably and are secure. Easy for our kids to use without our assistance. Updated to elaborate - this does not fit thru the wheel of an electric scooter.

I picked up this 5-digit bike chain lock for my son’s bike, which we keep in a storage closet, and so far it’s been a great choice. The lock feels heavy-duty and well-made, giving me confidence that it will hold up against tampering. The chain itself has a nice weight to it, and the 5-digit combo adds an extra layer of security compared to the standard 4-digit locks. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that it’s a bit bulky, which makes it less convenient to carry around if you were using it daily. But for our needs, keeping a bike secured in storage, it works perfectly and gives me peace of mind

I am updating this review and switching it to 5-stars. Their customer service responded quickly to an issue I had with the lock and even sent out a replacement with next day delivery. The new lock works great. These are very easy to set the personalized combination. This comes with a color instruction sheet packaged with the lock inside the box and the instructions are also printed on the bottom exterior of the box. The chain is wrapped in a nice flexible nylon casing that protects my bike frame from being scratched by the chain. I like the 5 digit combination as it make this lock more secure over the 4 digits other locks on the market. As I mentioned, setting the combination is very easy. The biggest plus for this lock beyond what it is intended for, is their customer service.
