Strong glue and Neat foam
I bought it for the finishing stage of soundproofing and hiding damaged wall edges. Very neat and looks great. Just remember NOT to stretch it while sticking it, otherwise it will later contract and leave gaps at the ends.

Cheap rubber and not really a high density foam!
Do not bother with this instead purchase a proper foam tubes for proper ac pipe insulation!

Good quality, strong adhesive and value for money
I bought this for damping plastic car door panels and fixing behind speakers. Quality of foam is good enough and it has very strong adhesive especially to metal and stone surface. It is for permanently use only otherwise you'll have hard time removing and cleaning it.
