good and reliable hook . it can be put to use in gym equipments.
This product is much more than expected in terms of quality and finish. I bought this product to use it in a chain for lifting my bedridden mother from the cot using a patient lifting equipment. I find it very sturdy and strong.

Cheap quality & small
The product is of very cheap quality and sharp hook so when you try to put it in your resistance band it starts cutting the band (and also your fingers) Tried to return it, but whenever you press the return option it gives an error page and asks you to try again. This happened only with this item and other items return process was smooth. So looks like they don’t want us to return the item!
