The underwear fits snugly without being bulky, and it does an excellent job of containing leaks without any embarrassing accidents. Now Costco is combining S-M size in one package which is exactly what led me to Amazon. At the time I purchased from Amazon, the size was individual S, M etc, not S-M size combined. There are a few less per package but totally worth it.
