My wife had Bariatric surgery a few years ago and I have been ordering these several times to keep her numbers in check on nutrient needs, she is doing very well on these. The important thing is to take as directed and do not let yourself run out before ordering.

I am two years post op and started taking these vitamins 3 weeks ago. I needed something different than the ones that dissolve on your tongue. The vitamins themselves are fine, no smell, easy to swallow and do what they are supposed to do. However, for me they make me nauseous. I tried taking them before eating, after eating, in the morning , at night, or even with crackers. I tried to take these vitamins any way I could but the end result was the same extreme nausea. I guess it’s back to the search for a good multivitamin for me because this nausea is not something I can deal with every day.

These are a great option after bariatric surgery. I started these about a month after my surgery, when someone told me there was a once a day vitamin with all the iron I need! I didn't like the taste of other chewable options, so these were a game changer. I have not noticed side effects like upset stomach. They come in a capsule, so I haven't noticed a taste or texture issue. I have been on these for almost 3 years, they are awesome!
