Its been 7 months since i bought. I ordered it when i had severe uti. Its the best go to if u have frequent uti issues. Trust me. It doesn't treat severe infections but it can prevent the occurrence of frequent uti.I have two capsules whenever i feel irritating and it helps to clear my bladder

I have UTI.. I finished whole bottle and the UTI was good till then.. After that the UTi started again so when you using it it's good ... I sometimes forgot to take these pills..
