Amazing Tea Pot
I am writing this review after using it for a while and happy to say It does the job it's made for efficiently. I do not have to make my Tea every time I want to have it. It keeps the stored Tea hot for good 3 to 4hrs at the least. Esthetcially pleasing design and easy to wash. Happy with the purchase and delivery.

Good Quality and Design, Keeps the Water hot for more than 7 hours along with leak protection also with tea not for long hours but still a good investment.

Very good Teapot
IT is very decent and well made teapot. I am suing this to keep mil warm at my office. Its vacuumed sealing is very good. Powder coating on the body is very premium kind of finishing. It is a lovely product.

I use last 1 month product is very good But hot only 2-2.30 hrs not 18 hrs

Damaged after one year and is non-serviceable
I bought two products one is 750 ml and another one is 2 ltr. The small one is not retaining heat. The second products top got damaged and contacted the customer service. I am ready to pay for the service. They replied as the hydra products are non serviceable and only option will be replaced under warranty. Now it's a waste of money for me.

Nice use... Recently we traveled from Hyderabad to tirupathi. As from Hyderabad we carried coffee we tougjt of drinking after 6hrs still it's very hot... Impressed. Most suggested....

Leaking
It has large capacity which is what I was looking for. But it does not fully close (air leaks) and when pouring the coffee drips/leaks.

Water not remains hot till 3-4 hours
First 3/4 days it’s work to keep the water hot. After it’s totally not working. I don’t recommend and I am requesting to Amazon for return. Thank you
