Alton GRC3756 Brass Swan Neck with Dual Flow Flexible Swivel Spout, Chrome Finish

I was able to use it for three months without any issue. After three months of usage there is leakage started from the taps. Leakage happens at the rotation area of the tap. Raised a complaint to the customer service and they replaced the tap. Earlier I rated it as 2 beacuse of the product but now I increasing the rating to 5 beacuse of very good customer service.

I have bought this twice so far. The first one worked for about a couple of years after which the sprout started to leak at the base and the tip filter was coroded out as my water supply quality was not good. Now our water supply quality has improved and I wanted to check how long this tap will last. Additionally I have replaced the orginal filter at the tip with an adjustable flow attachment as you can see in the video. Also I have bought replacement filter tips.

It’s good quality with reasonable price. Plus point that I liked that it’s flexible, it’s very convenient for my kitchen sink. happy with this product. :) water pressure is low, if you are ok with that then go for it.

Third class quality , Third class service, don't buy this product or from this seller ,they just fool take your money and keep with them , they don't return product , make fool to customer

This might seem more expensive than the other counterparts but this Alton faucet is premium-looking and solid. The dual flow is a big hit in the kitchen, I bought the one with single flow for my utility area and am regretting the decision to not opt for dual flow for that as well. Side note: The product looks the same as the sink tap in Masterchef India season 2023

Very Good kitchen tap — sleek design, smooth operation, and very practical for daily use. The flexible silicone gooseneck makes washing dishes and cleaning the sink/dishes much easier, and the finish looks modern and premium. Water flow is good & variable , installation was straightforward, and it feels sturdy overall. Great value for the price. I deducted 1 star because the seller didn’t mention the tap connection dimensions clearly, like the minimum/maximum hole size needed on the kitchen top and the maximum kitchen-top thickness.

Bought the dual flow version. Heavy and well built, although I'm hoping about the black silicon(?) layer will look as good and last for a long time. Installing was pretty simple, the sleeve at the bottom seemed optional and worked well for me. I'm not sure why some people are having such a bad experience with this. It might be the water pressure, I'm guessing. The product may not be rated for high water pressure. Indian plumbing practices are as unregulated as our road traffic. I have high water pressure at the wall outlet and so didn't open it completely so that faucet gets only the right amount. I hope this helps someone else.

The product is great . It swivels , two type of water flow, flexible neck all good. However post installation when you turn the tap on, water leaks from the faucet connector. I was planning to buy Another one, but now I am thinking. Durability is a question.
