BEWARE!! Not a good purchase.
The first one I ordered on 12/3/22 did arrive although later than estimated. It was faulty the water reservoir would not release without a lot of effort. Then was impossible to reinstall. Sent it back & was promised a replacement it was supposedly shipped 12/30/22 as of 2/18/23 it has never arrived. Only received a partial refund after contacting seller & Amazon several times. Amazon promised to help with the remaining refund withthe A to Z program but that has never come through. Therefore I’m out around 34.00. I would not recommend this product or doing any business with this company.

steamer broke, again - do not waste your time.
steamer broke. second time i bought a device like this. first time device arrived and steamer did not work. second time i buy break after acouple uses. can not return because past 30 days. waste of money.

Great Item just not for my Hair
I returned this item it isn't for black women hair I used it on my daughters hair and I didn't get the results I thought I would but it only heat to 375 and if you have natural thick hair is wouldn't work

Not as good as a flat iron
Didn't work as good as a flat iron on my daughter's African American hair. I thought it would because of the steam, but it didn't and took just as long (or longer).
