My parents are so anti piercings that when my sister saw it, she freaked out and nearly got me in trouble. One of my best friends also believed that it was real. Whether if you’re too scared to get a septum or aren’t allowed to- this is a perfect dupe. It also has a pretty strong magnet, I don’t expect mine to fall out any time soon. One thing you have to make sure of, is where you place it. I made the mistake of placing it on my cartilage the first 2 days, which’ll make it hurt like a MOFO. Putting it on the “softer” spot of the nose will definitely feel a lot better. It still may start hurting after an hour or two, which is why you take breaks. All in all, this is pretty great substitute for the price.
