Honestly 1 a day, the taste is great, because there isn't 1.. the texture is a capsule pill type, it gives me some energy, not much. Tbh, I like them, but I think my hearts pounding alot more with sharp pains. Like I dont take them daily anymore, yet they sure are strong. Focus is legit, duration is breathtaking forever it seems yet the value is great, kinda like amazing. TEXTURE IS A CAP. I saw that in the questions lol.

I am person who has been struggling with my weight since a few medical surgeries. I take nerve inhibitors that make me feel so pudding. So not only is the ability to exercise meek but there is a ton of brain fog also. I bought these on a I’m broke and need a quick fix whim to try to avoid caffeine withdrawal. I live on energy drinks and Starbucks to stay functional. I feel like sometimes we overlook the simplest things. I've been gently nursing a caffeine addiction for the past couple of years. Tea is my favorite but a little on the weak side, energy drinks give you a nice buzz but also an accompanying crash and anxiety, and coffee only tastes good to me with lots of creamer on cold days. These give you a good concentrated buzz that's stronger than tea, without the lingering after taste of coffee, without the sugar, without the anxiety, it lasts longer and doesn't make you crash. You don't have to constantly sip on it; it's just one or two and done. It's cheaper than any of these for the amount of caffeine as well. I wish there was one that was 2:1 caffeine:theanine for a bit more pronounced caffeine effect but still enough theanine to keep the edge off. The brand mentions that it's third party tested but it doesn't share any of these results from what I can find. The pills can make me a bit nauseas on an empty stomach but that's something I experience with any source of caffeine.

They are easy to swallow capsules and also easy to open and take the powder directly on the tongue for faster effects; it does not taste bad at all. I take them usually twice a day to keep up my energy and they also help suppress my appetite so that I don't eat too much or crave sweets. I highly recommend these for anyone who needs extra energy or to help with mood or focus. They may even help you lose weight. My wife and I both take them daily and they keep us feeling good and full of energy. Great quality, great price, easy to swallow, and actually works! I highly recommend these!

I used to drink two pots of coffee most days, but it started bothering my stomach and just didn’t feel great overall. These caffeine pills helped me cut back at first, and about a month ago I quit coffee completely. It’s more expensive now anyway, and I also think it may have been making my rosacea worse. Now I take 2 to 3 of these 100 mg pills per day, sometimes 4 on busy days, and that’s all I need. Even though it’s much less caffeine than I was getting from coffee, it actually feels more effective. The energy is smoother, lasts longer, and I don’t get the same crash or stomach issues. They’re especially great for focused computer work. It’s much easier to get into a flow state and stay productive.

Not sure what's going on with this product but I felt really bad trying to use it and had to stop after 2-3 days. I actually suspect my product didn't really contain caffeine. Either that or my body just didn't absorb it at all. Felt better as soon as I switched back to coffee.

Worked very good for me. But I crashed badly after so make sure to eat enough food after 3 hours because I crashed after 4 hours later. Important thing, make sure to sleep enough otherwise if you are doing exams, you will feel fully awaken but have bad brain fog.
