I think it's a little too powerful. I bought this product after reading about this combination on twitter. I had exams so I starting take one pill in the morning, before 10 am. but if you end up taking it regularly, you'll lose your sleep at night and you won't even feel tired the next day. But I dont think it's good in the long run for your health. I'd advise taking it if you need to focus on something for a day or two. I also had headache when I was taking this, but it went away on its own. Dont take it on exam day if you've not tried it before.

These are a must have for me. I avoid energy drinks since most of them are 200mg but with these pills i can get a good dose along with l theanine that eliminates the jitters i get from caffeine. Wakes me up without the anxiety I usually get from drinking coffee or energy drinks.

It does Not replace cofffee/tea. It does raise your heart rate though. Really not good for people with high blood pressure.

Used to aid focus for ADHD. Wanted small caffiene doses so this 100mg version is perfect. Use 200mg (2 tablets) per day. 1 in the morning and another at 1pm. Can take any where and tweek as activities allow. Takes about 20 minutes to cut in. A lot cheaper than a coffee or tea as well needing no time. Works for me.
