**Q: What is the fill? Wanting to make sure of no allergic reaction.**
A: Thank you for your question Christine.The fill is All New (very important) Proprietary Synthetic Polyester which is Hypoallergenic, & Machine Wash & Dry. **Q: how do I sleep on this cant figure do I sleep on stomach or back  where do I center my face**
A: If you are sleeping on your back place your head in the centre.   If you are sleeping on your side you want your cheek at the edge of the C so your face is not touching the pillow.  If you are sitting up double the pillow so it looks like one C and place behind your neck.

**Q: Is it washable?**
A: Yes, the pillow is washable.  But after it goes through the dryer, it fluffs up more than I like.  So I use the zip-in pillow cases and only wash THEM.  That works well for me.  I sleep on my back on three pillows, and it keeps my head from lolling to one side.  The Save My Face pillow prevents that, and keeps me comfortable.  I'll never be without my Save My Face pillow.  Great product!  MLW

### ⭐ Publicité mensongère, oreiller inutile

Cet oreiller ne soutient pas correctement la tête, il est assez plat. De plus, ayant la version grande (celui qui peut être utilisé tout seul) la tête est placée au milieu, lorsqu'on se tourne sur un côté pendant la nuit on ne sera jamais placé sur les bords comme on est supposé de le faire, mais la tête reste au milieu de l'oreiller, par conséquent le visage est aussi 'écrasé' que par un autre oreiller. Même si par miracle on se retrouverait sur le bord on ne peut pas dormir avec la tête suspendue dans le creux prévu car les bords censés soutenir le reste du visage sont trop écartés et la housse glisse. Prix exorbitant, aucun effet antirides car cet oreiller ne pourra jamais être utilisé comme montré sur la publicité. Complètement inutile, à éviter. J'ai mis une étoile car je n'ai pas pu choisir 0...voire -10 !!
