A: Yes.  There are attachable plastic wheels that come with it.

**Q: Emptied the container now it doesn't shred. Power light is on it runs in reverse but doesn't shred??**
A: only shreds in forward

A: The top just lifts off.  It is very easy to use.

**Q: Does this shred cd's or dvd's?**
A: No it does not.

I find it great for me, easy to empty, and it works well! But the motor gets too hot, the red light turns on, and the shredder stops until it cools down
