Contacted Seller to be sure I had all of the parts and needed instructions as none were included. Seller blamed carrier for "violent" handling, but there was no evidence of poor handling on the outer box. Seller sent video instructions upon request. Unfortunately, not very helpful. There are parts that aren't even covered in the video and do not fit the Bike anywhere during assembly.Once assembled, 3 days later - disappointing. Not well designed. Not well made. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Everyone Rides! *by D***Y on Reviewed in the United States on May 27, 2021* Was very Happy with this purchase! Bought the bike to ride with my Grand daughter, and everyone rides it! My son, my Daughter! Everyone. The cheaply made fenders thou, could be improved to be just a little better quality, but all and all very pleased with the bike. ### ⭐ 1.0 out of 5 stars Absolutely regret buying it. *by A***R on Reviewed in the United States on July 7, 2021* Very vague assembling instructions. It seems like they just google translated the instructions from Mandarin to English. (given its Chinese built and branded). I only paid attention for to the reviews after I ordered it and regretted my decision but it was too late the package arrived the day I found out how bad the reviews were. I have some missing pieces and the chain tensioner is bent and brushes the rear wheel. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.sn/products/295782580-mountain-bike-for-adults-2021-new-26-inch-men-women](https://www.desertcart.sn/products/295782580-mountain-bike-for-adults-2021-new-26-inch-men-women) --- *Product available on Desertcart Senegal* *Store origin: SN* *Last updated: 2026-10-02*
