I recently got to know how important CTM schedule is for a healthy and glowing skin. But also my skin is very sensitive to artificial products and chemical. I have always seen my mom using coconut or mustard oil on her skin. So I thought to add pure coconut oil to my CTM schedule in place of moisturizer.
