Very Disappointed: Sheds paint on clothing
Visually this is one the most beautiful bags I've seen and constantly received compliments. Within 1 month of wearing though, I noticed i kept getting these darkish stains on my pants, and after the 4th time, i realized it was coming from whenever i was wearing the bag. First I thought it was only jeans and maybe its texture was somehow maybe scraping the bag, but then realized it was happening with anything even while wearing suits. I love this bag and it's EXACTLY what i was looking for, however if the quality is so bad that the coloring is coming off and damaging my pants, it's a no brainer I need to find something else :-(. Will seek a refund if possible.

Absolutely gorgeous bag!
I wanted a leather bag for the office and be large enough to put various sundries (Rx's, small change of clothes, etc.) in as well as my laptop. I've never bought anything from this company, but the bag is absolutely wonderful. Lots of storage space (it can hold 2 laptops easily) and pockets with zippers, attention to detail with the stitching (buckle on the carry on strap, zippers, etc.)! Looks like it will hold up well, have already had several compliments on it at work. It was shipped in a fancy drawstring bag with their company logo, and all the zippers were protected with some kind of blue plastic that clings like saran wrap. Highly recommend!!!

Excellent attention to quality, workmanship and design. This attractive bag is a winner!
I purchased this bag in April 201. It looked sharp and I received many compliments. unfortunately, within months the lining began to deteriorate and the bag was soon useless. I posted a negative review at the 6-month point and began to seek a refund. Argus responded to my request and asked me many specific questions about the problems and what would make it better. Then they did something amazing... they changed their lining to a more durable fabric, altered certain design elements (such as reversing the velcro on the PC strap so it no longer snagged the lining) and then they sent me a newly updated bag asking only that I post a revised if I liked the improvements. After two weeks with this new bag, I can say I simply LOVE it. It still looks great and is as near to perfect as I can imagine. Argus has impressed me immensely.
