Good adhesive, and the tin is helpful. Sticks to all fabrics I've tried (polyester, and cotton mostly) Stays on when you need it but isn't painful to take off. It does leave a small mark on me for a few hours after but no pain or swelling, just redness. Adhesive doesn't leave residue on skin or clothes.
