I just ran four bags through the pressure cooker this week and they all came out in perfect condition. **Q: Where do i inject i thought i could go through the filter but that doesnt seem like a good idea. Can i tape over my holes?** A: i would buy some injection ports, tape them onto hte bag, and inject through that, otherwise you'll leave an opening on your bag and that's going to be a source of contamination. I bought 100 filter injection ports on amazon for like 9 bucks, and i just tape them to the exterior of my bags that dont come with their own ports, and inject through that. You'll have a much better success rate, if you leave any kind of opening you can expect that 40% of your bags (or more, depending on your conditions) will contaminate. Quality made and solid.thickness is standard- these are easy to use/seal. (If you don't have a heat sealer, just tape shut with micropore tape. If you don't have that, then just some clear box tape (like moving box tape)They are great at keeping moisture in without being too wet, and the filter patch is perfect.
