Installation process is not good
1) Do not installing chimney by company engineer he just wall mount and take Rs 575 Just drill 2 scrow hang and your installation is done not provide core cutting (chimney hall) 2) core cutting pay extra and site ready for our end so it take extra Rs1200 to 2000 for core cutting 3) in box provide plastic duck pipe instead of aluminium pipe 4) outer pipe cap not provide in box 5) chimney is good but sound is high as my opinion

Auto clean chimney is a myth.better to go for exhaust fan.
Insala service is worst Plase don't buy these products. Inlsa customer service is worst. Their customers care don't know anything about product and service center are just trying to loot customer.and asking 1900 for cleaning chimney. Auto clean function doesn't clean chimney completely it is just internal function. You have to clean chimney manully every time like exhaust fan. We can buy 5 10 exhaust fan in this prize of chimney and literally throw them after use without cleaning. U can see the picture of chimney. After writing review on amazon inalsa customer care called me resolve the problem. Thank you for resolving the problem and excepting same kind of service in future.

Good Product
Product is good but installation is not satisfactory. Companies used to just mount the product and charge. Installation should include complete electro mechanical work. Jio Mart offers a better customer service in this regards, as I noticed. Amazon should take note of this and improve customer experience. Mounting the product can be done by customer itself. Calling inalsa executive costed me unnecessary buying of fittings and incomplete work.
