Value for money

I like the weight, very manageable, not too heavy. I don't like to use it as intended; picking it up and slamming to the floor. It doesn't make a lot of noise if you do as it is filled with sand. I just don't like bending over all the time, the cats get in the way and I have enough to pick up around here besides.The way I use it, I'm on the couch and I raise it over my head and then back down to my chest, many sets of 10. Do as many as you can and don't forget to breathe.What I don't like about it is the grip, I should have gotten a smooth one instead. My hands don't get sweaty to need such a knobby ball.

Durable for everyday working out, I use it regularly for many types of moves. The raised grips pads make it sturdy & easy to hold onto. A terrific value for the cost, worth every dollar. It makes a great addition to my home gym.

So I hate when a review is poor because somebody may have not understood how things were going to work.That being said I am completely new to ANY kind of exercise plan or equipment. I bought the cheapest one I could find so if I don't stick to an exercise regimen I will not be out much. So with that preface, I left the rating all 5 because it does what it is supposed to do. This ball has sand for the weight I would buy one that has a solid weight, the sand is loose and moves all the time.
