I received a used product
I received a used product which has scratches, marks on the wheels, grease is on it. When I paid for a new product, I should get a new product, not a used one

Good casters
Everything in my workshop is on wheels. At $12 for four, these blue wheels cost just $3 each, which is very good for locking wheels. After more than a year of frequent use these casters are working as well as some more expensive casters. No complaints. I prefer caster sets where ALL of the wheels have brakes. This is because you only have two brake levers exposed at any time, and which two will change depending on the direction in which the cart is pushed. This set has brake levers on all four casters. The small cost saving of having just two wheels with brakes creates a safety problem when your foot can't find a brake lever on the two cheap wheels without brakes. Not good. Get all wheels with brakes. That's my opinion. Most casters come without hardware. This set had screws AND ALSO provided a small screwdriver that was worth keeping in the workshop. I was impressed. For my application I substituted slightly longer screws. The stated weight limit is 200 pounds, which is 200 pounds PER WHEEL. You could see that as 800 pounds total. I always assume one wheel will not be in contact with the floor at some critical moment, so I only count three wheels, for a max total of 600 pounds with these wheels. So far I have not stressed the set beyond a gross weight of 250 pounds. They handled that easily.

Pretty decent for the cash - I would buy again for another project.
The wheels seem to be just great, smooth, well built. The project these will be fitted to will be a 6' long mobile wood working station, so the sawdust factory can be moved outside on nice weather days. The locking mechanism is a spring loaded tab with a notch that engages when the wheel lock is active. This means that the wheel may have to wiggle into to the correct position so the notch can positively engage the caster and prevent rotation. I think it will be more than sufficient for my needs. Also, I was shocked to find sheet metal mounting hardware - like if you wanted to put these on a tool box. For the price I expected a more barebones self assembly product... the mounting hardware even had flat split washers. No complaints. Like one of the other reviewers, I would buy again without hesitation assuming that they don't fall apart after a few years.

You may need to modify the mounting.
Don't throw away your old mounting bolts or screws. This set comes with a set of mounting bolts, nuts and washers, which would be fine for mounting them on a typical steel frame. But, I got them to replace the worn-out wheels on two heavy-duty plastic carts used in our school cafeteria, both of which made by different companies, used different mounting hardware. The old wheels had worn out after only 3 years of use. But, they were no more than a composite plastic wheel with no bearings mounted on a 3/8" bolt. These wheels have double ball bearings and can handle 3X the weight of those original ones, will probably last 10 years, and cost less than the makers want for those standard replacement wheels. On one unit attached by screws, these units matched the old holes perfectly, and the conversion took no more than 20 minutes. The other unit was more challenging. The old bolts were hard to take out. I had to drill one out. Then, the old mounting surfaces were recessed 1/4 inch, and I had to add a 1/4 inch plywood washer to enable these new wheels to rotate correctly. This is not to slam the product. The product itself is great, but you may face other issues in order to make them work for you.

Very sturdy looking casters with excellent specifications and good brakes
These casters are of high quality and the brakes are easy to set and release. They will be used along with 4 similar fixed casters under two exam tables in a medical clinic. Good brakes, easily operated by staff, are essential in a medical clinic to smoothly move patients within exam rooms for medical procedures. The build quality will ensure they last for years.

Dangerous- you will want to build things to use these casters on ( lots of things)
Nicely done!. I was building a rolling cart for my Jointer/Planer and needed locking wheels. These worked very well. I am able to lock both the wheel movement as well as the rotation with a press of my foot. Disengaging is just as slick. I should have bought these for my outfeed table. Next up my mobile miter station, then my router tables , then my tool carts, โฆ I will be buying more sets for the rest of my shop tables and carts
