I have 2 - 5 pound chihuahuas that are crate trained that generally staying in their own individual crates when we would leave the house. For the last couple of years they have been sleeping in our bed at night instead of their crates because the individual crates were small and we felt that for all night they should have more room. Also, These 2 little guys were pushing me off the bed at night and making it impossible for me to sleep. That's where the Pet Pen comes in. We are using it now not only for when we leave them alone at home from time to time, but every evening they both sleep in the Pet Pen. It works perfectly. We bought the 36" diameter and it's very roomy for both of them. Now all of us can sleep comfortably all night long. Also, since it folds flat and is so lightweight, it's much easier when we travel than collapsing the two metal crates. It folds away for storage very easily. I'm sure a big dog that is not crate trained might tear up the mesh screens to get out, but our dogs are doing great. I guess it depends on the temperament of your pet.

I will continue to recommend your products, but hope you now how much I appreciate the great customer service! I will be using the new pen at another agility event that is coming up this weekend, so the pen will get lots of use, as well as be seen by many potential new customers :-)I have same pen in smaller size, love it. So giving the product 3 stars based on the other one I have which is exact product, smaller size. Opened this one, and it puckered when I tried to set it up. The wire is broken so that it won't open/expand properly - it won't work to confine pets. The broken wire could potentially cause serious damage if it poked pet's eye.One possible design flaw: The top zips all the way off. the reason I bought this new one is that I lost the top for my smaller sized one. Needed the pen for an agility event this weekend.I did purchase it through Amazon warehouse deals, but it is too defective/damaged to have been sold at all. Hopefully Amazon warehouse deals will check the actual products more closely, not just the boxes. This is not the first time I've received something from warehouse deals that was not just an open box, but had an incorrect or defective item. Sure, I can always return for a refund, but there are times that a customer is depending on having a product ready for use.

Over the Christmas holiday we adopted 2 sibling kittens from our vet. They're rambunctious, curious and totally full of energy! This kennel is PERFECT! It keeps them safe from harm and still affords them plenty of room to wrestle and cuddle with each other. We have 2 food dishes and a litter box in there with them. It is easily cleaned and very transportable. I highly recommend this kennel to any cat/kitten pet owner. I uploaded some photos of the kittens in the kennel so that customers can see how this product is working out for us.

My Boston is a chewer and can't be trusted alone without supervision. I used to keep him in a giant metal crate but it was really too big for our space and since we were planning a road trip with both dogs we needed a portable "house" for the puppy. This worked perfectly. It folds out in a snap and folds back down to transport or store in just a second. The zippered mesh enclosing a are great. Easy to open and close. Mine has the attached bottom and so far no issues with it. I use this every day. The mesh top and sides lets my little guy see out and he doesn't mind being in there. He's 25 pounds and this is a good size for him. If he was bigger it might be a tad too small.

This is a well-made and sturdy enclosure. I volunteer at a cat shelter and often have foster cats in my home. Part of the socialization process is to confine the cat so it cannot hide. This is a good size and can easily be moved from room to room as needed. The pen is large enough for a small litter box, a bed, food & water dishes and some toys. It is also easy to clean between cats. It folds for easy storage and travel. I would recommend this to any pet owner who travels with their pet or for people who foster cats or small dogs. Great product. I have been using it for several months for many different cats and it is still in great shape.
