This is some off the best tasting honey I have found. Keep up there good work and I'll keep buying.

Order was received promptly. Although there was some spillage (minimal) I was please at least with the attempt to properly secure the contents of the bottle. The packaging was great because of the plastic which created a catchment incase of leakage. I simply wiped off the spill and resealed the bottle. The cover seemed to have popped up (not off) a bit during shipping hence the spillage and gave me an opportunity to taste the honey without the guilt of opening the bottle because this is for my long term prep. The taste was delicious and of great quality. I can understand the frustration with the spillage for some customers but I'm happy to have received what I thought I paid for, hopefully they can figure out how to create a better seal to prevent the leaks. The price was reasonable. I will purchase again.

Love this honey. Some of the best I’ve tasted, been using it in cooking and experimenting in using it in probiotic ginger lemonades and fermenting with it and it has worked great in every application. Will be buying more when I run out.

You may want to put some of this information about the weight of honey on your amazon page and/or your webpage.Is honey heavier than water?If you’re measuring out water, then 1 fluid ounce of water, which is a measurement of volume, weighs exactly 1 ounce.However, because honey is so much denser than water, it weighs a good deal more.This means that 1 fluid ounce of honey will actually weigh a little bit more than 1 ounce.How much does 16 fluid ounces of honey weigh?Sixteen fluid ounces or 1 pint of water is almost always exactly 16 ounces or 1 pound in weight, except for when the temperature of the water is very warm.Honey, however, is much heavier. My dad has several apiaries, so growing up I was used to having raw honey all the time, and I know good honey when I taste it. This is good honey. I've ordered a grand total of 3 gallons from these guys so far (I make mead) and they have never disappointed. It's not that high-pressure filtered garbage that Smuckers puts out (that they buy from China, and is diluted with other sugars). This is actually truly RAW honey and is worth every penny.I don't have the luxury of being at home and helping my dad with the apiaries anymore so I spent a significant amount of time looking for a good alternative. I went to farmers markets, grocery stores, and surfed the web looking for good honey all over the past year, and I've settled on this brand. I think I'll be placing a lot more orders in the future from these guys and if I ever find myself in Texas, I'm 100% going to visit in-person and see what other varieties they might have.10/10 recommend.Now I'm going to take a moment to rip on some of the other Amazon reviewers really quick..1.) Honey crystalizes over time. There is no way to stop it, and just because honey crystalizes doesn't mean someone added sugar to it. Clover honey crystalizes faster than most other types, so make sure you do your due diligence and pick and choose which type you want to get. I recommend doing some research before buying.2.) I cannot believe that in 2021 there are still people who don't know that honey never expires. You should never ask about the shelf-life of a jar of pure honey, because it will never ever ever expire. There is honey from the great pyramids that is well over 2,000 years old and is still completely edible. The reason for this is because the sugar content (there's more than one type of sugar out there, shocking right?) is so high that the bacteria that would otherwise break it down and cause it to rot, cannot survive inside the honey, therefore, the honey never rots, and it won't ever expire. If the honey you bought from the store rots, it's because it was some Chinese ripoff that was diluted with molasses or corn syrup, which has been banned in the United States, but the Chinese get away with it because they filter the honey, which removes the ability of scientists to identify where it came from. If you feel the need to make a negative review on Amazon about any honey that you bought, I would recommend doing some research on honey before you post it.Also if you don't believe anything I said about the Chinese producing knock-off honey, go research that too. It happens all the time.

I nave been using Desert Creek Honey for about 3 years and have been buying the small bottles until my latest purchase when I bought a gallon. In that we live in N. Texas, where Desert Creek is located we are getting locally collected honey which is more effective in our diet.The honey is very good and a good replacement for sugar in many areas of our diet.
