This is a flavor bomb! Do you like cooking Chinese, Vietnamese food, Korean food or just want more of an umami flavor to your food and broth? Get this! It doesn't take much, and it's so good. It definitely enhances your broths for Ramen, fried rice, proteins and much more. The size of the bag is definitely worth the money. MSG isn't unhealthy either. It's so versatile and I love cooking with it.

Tastes great! Ads so much to almost any dish. Just don't put it in anything sweet. Great texture and helps reduce salt content. Great size for the price. I do wish it came in a resealable bag or bottle though.

Good alternative from regular salt and.gives a good flavor. Love using it for cooking, a little goes a long way.

Always adds such an addictive flavor to anything I cook, my favorite has to be putting this on eggs or a steak while its cooking and the end result becomes so good I can't help myself but to make more. Don't use too much though, a little goes a long way.

Love this XTRA large bag of MSG - I use it on most everthing I cook and I cook A LOT! Brings out all the flavors that you have put in your cooks. Seriously way less expensive than commercial brand ~Accent. Quality is good, easy to use and clean appearance.

I've never bought MSG before. I looked it up online for ratios of use compared with salt. Very similar, but smoother outcome. Salt tends to be spiky flavour. This MSG is more rounded and smoothed over. Happy with purchase.
