This is a must read for any coach. Full of practical examples that you can implement with your team.

Great book. interesting perspective. Lots of useful 'life advice'.

This has to be the worst book I’ve ever read about self improvement ever, just utter crap on every page, beneath there are some nice messages but you have to dig so hard to find it when the rest of the writing is so full of pompous ‘god fixes all’ guff preached by the writer, the one section was just a full on American preacher scene with all the wailing and gnashing. I have respect for all beliefs and quite frankly this is just a flagrant abuse of the authors power to enforce he’s own belief on to others and that is a terrible message.

A must read for anyone wanting to excel in sport, in life in any venue.
