**Solid First Experience with the Naturehike 60L Backpack** I used this Naturehike 60L backpack on the North Coast Trail (Vancouver Island) during the week of July 1. I had rain for several days, and the rugged trail, mud, river crossing made it a good test for the backpack. This was my first Naturehike backpack, and overall I was happy with it. It's lightweight and has a practical layout with a few pockets, side compression straps, a large front stretch pocket, and shoulder strap pockets that were handy for my phone and other small items. I was a little concerned about durability , especially for the front stretch pocket, since the pack was constantly brushing against trees and rocks, but it came through the trip without any damages. ( i fell a few times, there were muds, too) I used the rain cover on the first day but left it off on the second, even though it rained most of the day. I noticed a some amount of moisture inside especially on the top side of the backpack, but none of my gear got wet since my clothing and sleeping bag were packed in waterproof dry bags. The only observation I had was that the shoulder straps felt a little bit stiff on my shoulder after long days of hiking, although that may just be a matter of adjusting the fit like any new backpack. I'll watch this and report back in near future. After 5 days on the North Coast Trail. This backpack handled it well, and I plan to use it again on future backpacking adventures.

This Naturehike Rock 60+5L backpack arrived well packed and straight out of the box it feels like a serious piece of kit rather than a budget rucksack. The black finish gives it a fairly understated look, which I actually like because it doesn’t scream for attention on the trail. The first thing that stands out is the internal frame and the way the pack is built to carry weight. The frame, padded back panel, shoulder straps and hip belt are all designed to transfer load onto the hips and keep the pack stable, which made a big difference on longer hikes or when you are carrying camping gear. Capacity-wise, the 60L main compartment plus the extra 5L top section gives plenty of space for multi-day trips. According to the product listings, it is aimed at hiking, trekking, camping and longer outdoor travel, and it also includes practical storage features like multiple pockets, compression straps and light rain resistance ( that is removable to save some extra weight). I like that it seems to be built with organization in mind, because a large pack is only useful if you can actually find things quickly. The extra pockets and attachment points should make it easier to keep essentials separated, and the frame support should help the bag stay comfortable even when it is fully loaded. The pack is not especially light for an ultralight setup, but for a 60L rucksack the weight is still very reasonable. Depending on the version, the listed weight is around 1.16 kg for the standard model which i can confirm. As for comfort, that is usually where a pack like this earns or loses its reputation, and this one seems promising. The thick padding, ergonomic suspension and hip belt made it much more pleasant than other bags i had, once the load starts increasing, especially for camping or backpacking use. Overall, this looks like a well-made, practical and good-value backpack for outdoor trips where you need proper structure and decent carrying comfort. It is not the lightest option on the market, but for hiking, camping and backpacking it appears to strike a very sensible balance between capacity, support and price.

Light. Comfortable to wear for long hikes. Would prefer some more large pockets, now I use bags to keep things separated. Good price. Quality seems reasonable, but we'll know in a year or two.

I’ve done around 150 miles with this bag now and it’s had some wear and tear but still in good condition. The large pocket on the front is a game changer, I fit my 2 person tent in there along with other items. The main bag section is large and easy to fit a LOT of stuff in. Straps are comfy, no issues with rubbing. For the price it’s 5 stars. My improvements would be - I’d love a larger external zipped section on it somewhere, but I did like having the zips on the hip belt where I kept keys and snacks. There is a compartment on the front, but no Velcro or zip to close it so wouldn’t put anything of value in it. Having a zip there would be a great touch. The pouch on the strap is too high. But fine. Would love a small wall of fabric inside to use as a water bladder section. The cord on the side would be much better if elasticated. But for the money, I’m very happy with it and will continue to use this for a long time.
