EKYLIN Car Monitor, 5" Wide Input Truck/in-Car LCD Screen, Dual Mounting Bracket, 2 RCA Channel for Backup Camera/Rear View/DVD/Media Player

Bought 2 of these for the left and right rear sight of my skid steer. Mounted the monitors in a vertical position using the glass suction cups on the bottom corner of the cab glass on both sides inside the cab. Both give a good picture and working so far so good. Have one in front left and one in front right so can see both sides if needed at the same time.

Monitor was easy to install and worked great. So far I have no issues with this product. Picture is clear during the day but a little grainy at night. For the price it does a good job as a backup monitor and the dual mounting options makes it very versatile. I am using the dash mount with the 3m tape. The tape holds the monitor securely to the dash with no problems. I would definitely buy again.

Very nice screen for the price. Make sure you have a video signal going to the monitor for testing as it will not turn on without a signal. I thought at first that mine was faulty but it was because I had a short in my camera. After I fixed that problem the monitor lit up well and has a decent image.

I didn't want to write a review just saying it came in on time and looks great. I bought this monitor 8 months ago for my pickup truck and used it for over 130 hours and 6500mi. The monitor is used with a camera pointed out the back of a 5th wheel trailer. The monitor is attached to the rear view mirror with the suction cup and can stay there for days at a time. The large 5" screen shows clearly what is transmitted to it and the brightness adjustment works just fine. It has worked great at a great price. I did install an on-off switch so the monitor can be turned off for night driving. The monitor is stored, in it's original box, under the back seat when the trailer is not attached to the truck. Up date 5/30/18 I've taken several more trips with it, the last was 6973 mi and over 140 hr. It still works great. Up date 4/7/20 It still works!

Monitor picture isn't the greatest but works as described.

Installed this very quickly and it worked great for 6 months then it unexpectedly died. The camera still works great but the monitor is shot.

This is a great monitor (so far) for my auto-vox cam 6 backup camera. For the price the picture is excellent and better than I expected. I initially tried to use a power cord that plugs into the 12v outlet in my vehicle, but it didn’t work. I installed an add-a-circuit (purchase from my local AutoZone store $6-8) into the fuse box under my dash and used the power cord that came with the monitor instead. I have had this monitor installed and working for only one day but So far I am very happy with this monitor. I’ll have to see how long it last but for $25 it is easily replacable.

Most of the time, the monitor works just fine. However, intermittently, it will not work at all. Just a black screen. It seems to happen only on a hot day, when the interior of the car gets really hot. At first, I thought it was the camera. So, I replaced the camera. It worked for a while, until the next hot day. The same problem. So, I am concluding that it is the monitor. The following morning, when it's cool, it works again.

I received the screen with a lot of bubbles, and it doesn't go away.

Anyone looking to use this as a field monitor for DSLR - Wouldn't recommend, it's pretty soft. Otherwise it is probably a great backup camera monitor!
