Nice, works well
A nice monitor stand for one of my HP people. Took a few minutes to figure out the attachment. Some monitor are not set up for monitor stands so this adapter made it work.

Missing Hardware
The mount itself is sturdy and well bit however my set came without the important hardware to mount the bracket to my monitor. Lucky I had some other screws that fit to use. Other than the missing hardware the mount is solid.

Perfect fit for HP monitors
This is best fit for the HP Monitors. Don’t try anything else that is on Amazon. The others are not the same and bulky

No hole to secure locking tab on bracket.
Basic metal part with no hole for the locking tab that the second photo shows on this item. This item you have to force on the tab but as soon as you move the monitor it slips out. I went ahead and purchased the glue on universal bracket and it works good. Even comes with screws. I wanted more of a permanent structure to secure my screen but the glue will have to do. They dropped the ball on this bracket for sure.

Great product, does what it's advertised to do.
This little doodad saved me from spending a few hundred dollars on a monitor that was compatible with monitor arms. Though it doesn't state it, you have to remove the white plast tip that's exposed after removing the base before attaching this to the monitor.

Holds the monitor, but does not lock it in place
The connector does not secure the monitor to the bracket. It only holds it. Pulling the monitor forward or side to side on the VESA stand makes the monitor come out of the adapter. Its fine if you set and forget the monitor, but is awful for moving the monitor around.
