I purchased the Easyfone Star for my elderly parent, and it has been a great choice. The large keypad, simple interface, and loud audio make it very comfortable for daily use. Battery backup is excellent, lasting multiple days. The SOS button adds an extra sense of safety. A very thoughtful phone for senior citizens.

Its fraud. Not network is connecting. Its like kids toy. No amazon replacement or return option. Even customer care is not able to help. This item to be banned on amazon and seller to be punished for fraud.

It's a pretty useful thing for current times, bought it for my kid ..she is also happy with it :)

Excellent idea and implementation, but lack of customer support response is the draw back. I couldn’t activate the GPS, auto call back or discreet listening on it. Which was one of the main reasons to buy this phone, lack of customer care and guidance is a big disappointment. Otherwise a great buy.

The phone that we received had a dent on the back side of it. The charger was completely broken. Very disappointed.

You cannot use the product without configuring with the app in your smart phone. But to configure you need an otp which I'm not Getting and on top of that for customer care they have given a mobile number which they do not answer most of the time, and else it is either switched of or not reachable.

Good Durability Battery life is fine too. As the name suggests - Easyfone is really easy to use. My son has been using since some time know, its very useful for whenever he is out of home, plus its lightweight and only has essential safety features. No additional unrequited features which makes it apt for kids.
