This is a great product for back pain. I was having lower back pain but I do use it daily for some time it gives relief at least for the day. You have to use it daily to give relief to the spinal chord.

Used while driving and even sitting at home.. Very useful. must buy to all those who have backache problems

The seller claims 150 kg and above but it didn't hold up 110 kg .... which is way ahead less compared to given number. I am very unhappy

Low quality bad product, does not support the back the way it claims, it bends with weight of back. Plus the comfort foam is not attached with device.

There's a fairly good field of these products out there. This one seems to do the job quite well. I have been using it for lower back pain relief in two ways. I lay on the floor in the first adjustment (with a pillow for my neck), and use the second adjustment when I am in a chair. It is a reasonably comfortable vertebra stretch and user friendly in that it is easy to change from 1st to 2nd to 3rd posture positions. I might eventually graduate to the third position for the chair and 2nd for the floor. I doubt I will be using the third position for the floor as I really don't think my back will go back that far, but maybe in a few years. Regardless, I'm quite happy with this purchase as I am definitely getting pain relief which I feel will improve over time. Of course the proverb of time will tell will come into play. This is definitely worth a try. Recommended.

Its not top quality however it does the job and useful for back stretching and I use it regularly.

Wow! Tried it out lowest level to help with tight back muscles due to long periods of sitting at my desk job. Was amazed at instant relief after only a brief trial. I’ll definitely keep using this and recommend to my coworker.

Bought for a gift for a friend with lower back issues..he likes it alot..just the perfect amount of stretch for him..
