## Questions & Answers

**Q: My plumber just installed this bidet and all the plumbing supply is showing to a point like I am missing a cover. Did anyone else have this issue?**
A: There is no cover for the water supply in a bidet. The plumbing hookups are exposed behind and below the bidet top. The bidet should be installed fairly close to the wall (the instructions online say exactly how close) which should hide the supply lines from view somewhat when you're actually on the bidet. But, they're still there and visible if you look. If your plumber installed the supply valves too far apart horizontally on the wall, that will definitely make them more visible. A nice tight cluster of hot/cold/drain pipes will be the best way to minimize the appearance of the plumbing.

**Q: can you supply this in ebony?**
A: an an end user not a supplier

**Q: Is there a matching toilet model for this bidet?**
A: All the white toto toilets will match. However, the important part is to match the handles which you can accomplish by comparing them side by side.

**Q: What's the right valves and stuff to order for this bidet?**
A: Really depends on your style and budget. Just make sure it has the dual flow from bottom and front as some fixtures only flow from front.

## Customer Reviews

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very solid bidet.
*by on Reviewed in the United States 26 April 2020*

Good, elegant bidet, at a reasonable price. My only criticism is that it’s not the easiest to install with a drain that goes horizontal to the wall (vs vertically down into the floor). The drain isn’t quite high enough for a standard J trap to clear the floor. I had to fabricate a 3/4” thick base plate out of wood to give me just a little more clearance (and also come closer to a toilet’s seat height). Not a big deal, but it is more work. Don’t plan on this being as easy as a toilet to install. But, otherwise very happy with the results.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great bidet

Great bidet for our bath remodel. I used Moen's faucet kit.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect

If you're a bidet user.....this is simple but sleek, elegant and practical.Coupled with the Moen faucet set.... PERFECT.I have one in each of my 4 bathrooms.
