Used these to cool down in heatwave. Wrapped in a cloth and held against wrists, or on lap. Excellent, made me feel better in sweltering weather.

These are perfect for the aches and pains that i have. Place in the freezer for a couple of hours and ready to apply. Great value for money.

Quite happy with the packs but think they are better suited to ice than heated in microwave. I found the edges got hotter than the middle and I was worried it would melt. As an ice pack they are perfect.

Gel freezes evenly but isn’t completely solid when frozen and remains flexible so is easy to wrap around body part that needs treatment.

ok, but a bit flimsy, i don't think it'll take much wear to break it. Also it dosn't come with a sock or cover and sticks to the skin and can do that freezer burn thing

These worked very well for my wife's back pain. Shipped so fast and I ordered 3 times so we have six. Work well for heat or cold.

Works as intended. I sprained the ligaments in my hand very badly one night, and paid overnight shipping for this. Very grateful that it arrived cold the next morning as if it had been stored in the fridge, and I was able to use it right away. Because by that time bruising was visible, the area felt stiff, and I was unable to fully clench my hand to make a fist. A full day of RICE ensured no permanent damage was done, and by the next day, swelling was almost entirely gone and the bruises were already showing signs of healing. The two pack makes it convenient for minimising downtime as you rotate between 20 minute sessions, and it takes about an hour to chill in the fridge or freezer. I found that my mini fridge was enough to get it to the right temp for me, and I could apply it without wrapping in cloth. The gel retains cold temp for exactly 20 minutes. As for the how... I was cleaning out my closet to donate old clothes to charity. I was just about finished, when I tried to grab a box with one hand, slipped, and I guess the power intended for the box instantly transferred back to my hand, almost snapping the tendon. The pain immediately resonated up to my shoulder for a split second, as if I'd been electrocuted. It's been a week as I write this and I'm able to clench my hand again, and I'm certain the ice pack helped start the healing process earlier than without it.
